LVP UK has partnered with award-winning PC builders Chillblast. The partnership sees Chillblast become an Official PC Provider of the UKLC Grand Final, the UK’s biggest League of Legends esports event of the year.
On the first of September, the Grand Final of the UK League Championship will take place at an arena inside Twickenham Stadium, the famous home of English rugby. The event promises to be one of the most important on the calendar of any League of Legends fan in the UK, with a suite of activities set to support the on-stage action and a live audience ready to watch Fnatic Rising attempt to win their second UKLC title.
Award-winning PC builders Chillblast have partnered with LVP to become an Official PC Provider of the UKLC’s first-ever live final. As part of the agreement, Chillblast have provided the event with PCs for all competing players on stage.
“We are proud to announce our partnership with the UKLC and to support their events here in the UK,” said Ben Miles, Director at Chillblast. “Being a UK business, it was a great opportunity for us to support the local esports growth here and reach out to the passionate audience of esport fans within the UK. Our current partnerships with Excel and Fnatic also make this a perfect partnership for us as the rosters they field are competing and doing very well within the UKLC.
“For the last 15+ years we have been building systems of the highest quality. We hope our systems will continue to aide the growth and development of UK esports from the grassroots through to organisers like LVP and teams of the highest calibre, like Fnatic.”
The Country Manager for LVP UK, Maja Milutinovic, was pleased to team up with Chillblast for the UKLC’s first live event. “We’re happy to partner with a company that has built a reputation on providing high quality computer manufacturing. It gives us great piece of mind to know that our finalists will be competing on Chillblast PCs.”
The event can be followed online from 15:00 BST on the 1st of September via our Twitch channel, twitch.tv/lvpuklol.
